Beautiful Italian Villa outside of Todi.

My family of 11 stayed here. Having two buildings was absolutely perfect for us. The Villa is a very short distance out of Todi, so it was very convenient. The grounds and surrounding countryside are a true picture of the Italian countryside.

− The main “salon” in the main house is quite small. The main house has the most bedrooms. Also, the dining table in the kitchen of the main house is difficult to use due to space restrictions. However, the auxiliary building has a large salon and spacious area for dining.

Very good stay, but could have been perfect with minor fixes.

The swimming pool area is excellent. For very old country villa then many things have been maintained very well, there are new windows with net, most of the beds are quite good. Main bathroom also quite new.

− As it is a very old house then there is a "old smell" in it, but if you ventilate well, which was easy then it disappeared quickly. Dishwasher in main house is not very good. Air conditioning in the rooms is rather noisy. Outside BBQ is very old, we would have loved to have a better one in the house. The house was empty of everything which was annoying, no spices, oils and the basic stuff so for short stay we had to purchase all the "small items" to make the kitchen operational.

It's a great property in the beautiful Italian countryside. It's close to Todi, a fantastic little Village with lots of character.
