What I loved/liked was the communication and contactless to safely get inside the home

− I did not like the The Flats only has 1 elevador so it was out of service for a little and had to go the parking stairs and the appt stairs over 8 floors

The apartment was very, very nice and well located for public transportation if needed. The staff were super professional and friendly with a strong concern for the safety of the guests.

− The check in process was a bit confusing. But once I figured it out , it all worked out very well.

− ***Cleanliness *** -No water service in the building at the time we got there -Master bath toilet clogged when we got there -Used bar soap on top of the shower head from previous guest -Coffee maker dirty with old filter full of old brewed coffee from previous guest -Bathroom showers have no place on the walls or anywhere to place your bar soap or shampoo you have to place it on the floor -Shower curtains not very attractive for the place showers should have some sort of sliding doors or anything better that curtains -No washer and dryers in the place that could really be a plus for a long stay guest
