The unit is very comfortable and has everything you would need for a long stay. The best part of the rental is the hosts. They will not only respond quickly but also be at your door to assist with whatever you need within minutes. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and nice the hosts are. By far the best hosts I have ever had. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely unit and snacks and water on arrival much appreciated as no time to go to shop. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff and owners very helpful and deal with anything straight away.

− Bedroom curtain blind lets in light should have no see through areas.

Excellent, well-designed efficiency. Convenient to grocery stores, banks, taxis, restaurants, and public transport. Nice, clean, well-maintained, beautiful facility. Great elevators! Kitchen is excellent and as described (stove top burner, rice cooker, electric kettle, smaller plenty-sufficient refrigerator, no oven or microwave, plenty of dishes and utensils, great storage space, etc.). Linens provided. Nice bedroom storage and space. Great washing machine in separate large closet/laundry room. On-site mini-mart and pool. Guards, gated facility. Lots of parking available for extra charge. Fifteen to twenty minutes by taxi or car to malls, China Town, parks, etc. Longer by public transport, or to some parts of downtown. Easy drive to the airport. Very close to water and transport to the neighboring island for beach access. Near the eastern end of the city (it is long to traverse by car). Simple and fancy restaurants nearby. Nice people. Quiet.

Clean and comfortable. Very convenient; close to grocery stores, beauty supplies, drug store, and banks; and air conditioning (smaller units) works well. Windows open at night for a nice breeze some days. Nice pool and on-site mini market when necessary. Taxi or public transport to downtown. Washing machine is excellent. Large closet. Elevator and great building. Nearby beach access available at a few larger hotels or ticketed locations. About 16 minutes to the airport and 5-10 minutes to ferries by taxi or car; 15 minutes to malls or the local Buddhist temple; 20 minutes to China Town. A 15 minute walk to restaurants and diners past a big local transport stop. Bring big sneakers and a rain/sun hat for (muddy during monsoon season but otherwise safe) roads. Size is as described; very serviceable, 1-bedroom, large efficiency with big kitchen for the space
