Disappointing.
5.0The house was well equipped. The staff at the Dive shop were friendly.
− When I arrived I was told, with no apology, that I would be staying in a different house to the one shown in the photo on the booking site because they had rented the advertised house to someone else. I discovered to my dismay that Carenero Island has a huge number of “no-see-um” midges due to the swamp, and I got so many (incredibly itchy) bites on my arms and legs in 5 days that I looked and felt like I had chicken pox.

The only bad thing was leaving - loved this place
10.0Stay here!! Tony and Lana are incredible and the property is perfect. Dive shop, swimming and snorkeling are literally on your doorstep. We didn’t want to leave.
