− It very difficult to access the property on arrival. The ben linen was completely worn and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Would appreciate a refund for us being wrongly put in the wrong rental initially, and then being told to move out of the unit to another one the next morning. huge inconvenience. Also unable to access the rental late on the first night, because of an incorrect passcode given to me, and had to wait over an hour for the property manager to come and let us in, and we were then informed that we were placed in the wrong apartment, even though thats the one they put us in in the first place. I would appreciate a response from booking.com relating to this.
