There is a charge of 250.00 Euros per week for use of the Jacuzzi to be paid at check in.

There is a charge for heating the pool of 480.00 Euros per week to be paid at check in.

There is a charge for heating the house in the winter of 280.00 Euros per week to be paid at check in. There is no charge for air conditioning.

There is a gardener coming twice per week to look after the property and the Jacuzzi.
