Close to beach and town

− Cleanliness also advertised as with parking but found parking space unable to reach , cause lots of bins out at one end of road and scaffolding across access road at the other end of road

The location is perfect and being ground floor with outdoor space. Washing machine and drying rack are very useful.

− The parking space is inaccessible. The garden does need further attention and as others have mentioned, the windows are dirty.

Comfortable and in good area.

− Cleanliness of bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Not enough wardrobe space. The garden area is overrun with weeds.

The flat is in a perfect location. Nice shops bars and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. We loved it.
