Lack lustre stay
6.0Location and modern unit well appoiinted apartment with small fridge with water..coffee tea..rusks. Great for just sleeping over.
− No candles or lamp or loadshedding provision made nor anticipated which resulted in us having to find our way around in the dark. There was no hot water even though loadshedding was at 10pm only and we got home just after. Overall just feel that host needs to be more customer centric and to welcome guests and anticipate their needs and ensure the stay is seamless and hassle free.
