10.0这次是临时预订，但老板真的非常热心。从预订开始，回复信息就很迅速、处理事情也很有效率。因为我们订了比较晚的火车，希望可以多休息一下，老板也很爽快地让我们延迟退房，非常好沟通。入住这两天都感受到老板的细心照顾，真的很贴心。
i wish i booked this hotel for a longer period of time
10.0the staffs were super super nice! had a problem with my taobao delivery and liu yao (a staff) helped me with the process of retrieving my parcel. other staffs like xiao jing and mi na were really helpful and attended to our requests promptly. the breakfast that was included in the stay was super balanced and healthy meal. i would 100% stay there again!!

9.0麗江古城内にあり、観光に最適。スタッフがとても親切。翻訳機をいつもそばに置いていて、意思疎通に問題がなかった。部屋（ファミリールーム）は広く、内装が素敵。
− シャワーの水の流れが悪かった（古城内は配管が古いので仕方がないのかもしれないが）。
