Apartamento muito bom. Tudo muito novo e bem cuidado. Todos os cômodos climatizados com ar condicionado. O condomínio é muito bonito, muito cuidado. Sauna muito boa, piscina excelente!!! É o tipo de lugar para quem não quer dor de cabeça e aproveitar. Localização excelente para quem quer curtir a vida noturna no centrinho.

− Ficamos incomodados com a água de Barra Grande, cheiro muito forte. Porém, isso não faz competência à instalação!

Do condomínio ( área de lazer muito boa), apartamento muito completinho e a prestatividade dos anfitriões.

− Achei o portão e as garagens um pouco apertadas para camioneta ( que foi o meu caso).
