We must keep in mind this is not a 5 star rated property but is a perfect fit into a market position of value for money and location. The kitchen appliances were better than most other places I have stayed in, the cultery, crockery all good but glassware could be made better by inclusion of better wine glasses. Couches good, TV good and furnishing good. internal and external seating was very good so as to cover all weather types!

− More firewood and kindling The double powerpoint against exterior wall in the back bedroom is, in my opinion dangerous as it it. It could cause a fire because when I plugged heater in, the appliance plug lead would not connect properly. I used another powerpoint. Call me if you do not understand this comment as it may be dangerous.

Check in system is very complicated!!

Location was nice.and House and Garden, kitchen facilities was very nice. The house was well-equipped with various kitchen utensils, which was very convenient. It was spacious, bright, and had a good sense of style. However, there was dog hair everywhere.

− The check-in system is extremely complicated. For travelers, it is a huge hassle, and booking through Booking.com is practically meaningless. We had to access the system of the maintenance company and re-enter all our personal information, including our credit card number. Even after that, we did not receive the key number for check-in, which caused a lot of trouble. Since we were on the road ,we did not have any reception.We are not able to contact by phone nor Internet, Somehow, we managed to contact the management agency by phone (the agent was friendly), and we were able to check in. However, even then, the check-in instructions were sent to our email address. Everything was handled through automated emails, so proper communication was impossible. It was a triple-layered hassle and extremely difficult. Although it is a pet-friendly house, there was an excessive amount of fur. Additionally, it was dusty, which made me sneeze a lot. When I tried to use the vacuum cleaner, it did not work at all. After vacuuming for about a minute and opening it up, I found an alarming amount of fur clogging the suction port. The vacuum cleaner did not have a dust bag, making it unusable. There were signs of mopping, but the entire house was still very dusty. A working vacuum cleaner is necessary. 4o
