7.0The location and apartment facilities were good Very quiet and not so far from the train station, 10 mins by foot.
− The pipes of the shower are blocked, water does not sink which is quite a frustrating experience, especially when you are staying with other people. The smell in the apartment is bad, smells like wet wall.

9.0had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, well-organized, and perfectly prepared for my arrival. All the necessary amenities and materials were provided, making my stay very comfortable. I did encounter a minor issue with the water heater, but the owner was incredibly responsive and addressed the problem on the same day, ensuring it was fixed promptly. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a hassle-free, well-maintained place to stay
