− kitchen not fully equipped, lounge area seating uncomfortable, outside area unkempt with building materials from when erected

7.0Very quiet & comfortable, once the property was heated up. Location excellent for Kilmartin & Crinan.
− Very poor TV reception on the few occasions that we wanted to watch it. Only light winds at the time. Incomplete veranda glass panel installation.

Great time and lovely base for exploring the area.

− Lack of tea/coffee for arrival. Balcony needs some work as tatty and felt slightly unsafe.
