10.0離車站不遠，去晴空塔只需要三個站，整體蠻乾淨的空間也很大，插座很多不用搶電，兩個大行李箱同時攤開都沒問題，一二樓都有IH爐可以用，碗盤很多、刀具也都有
− 冷氣裝在房間的空間，房間睡覺蠻涼的，就是二樓客廳部分的冷度稍微有點不夠

8.0It's a great place for a group. The house was clean. Instructions were on point. The host was very responsive as we had few hiccups with amenities but were handled by team. Those who worrying about distance from Tokyo city center. Nearest station is Yotsugi a walk of 400 m (10 mins), not a headache. 15-20 mins to Asakusa station. Family mart and few restaurants nearby. It's a calm and peaceful neighborhood.
− The size is bit compact. Might be uncomfortable for bigger groups(> 4). You have to plan your luggage very smartly. 1st floor stairs are steep so watch out. Bathrooms are quite tiny for big size folks. We stayed for 6 days so keeping things tidy was a task with no housekeeping. But manageable.
