La Spezia is a surprising Gem in Liguria. Excellent Apartment & Wonderful Host. Very Relaxing Week.

Excellent location - 2 minutes walk to two Supermarkets & lots of Restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Port/Marina (very nice for evening walks) and 15 minutes walk to Train Station. On a Pedestrian only street in a lovely area - felt very safe. Fully equipped large 3rd floor apartment with good air conditioning, accessible by lift. Lots of cutlery, delph, pots & pans and supplies of tea, coffee, olive oil, spices etc. Very comfortable lounge, really nicely decorated. Lovely balcony where you can eat, relax and enjoy the wonderful weather. Excellent host, very welcoming and helpfully provided names of Restaurants in La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Beautiful Modern Apartment in central location is Highly Recommended.

− Only one thing, the lock on the door into the building is difficult to open and takes several attempts every time. It would make a big difference if this was fixed.

Beautiful apartment, but noise at nights from the street

Amazing, big apartment. Very clean and nice host. Ac was enough to cool whole apartment.

− I would love to give this place 10/10, but unfortunately restaurant downstares ”Gusto crudo” was playing music every night till 2am and I couldn’t fall asleep 😖 I heard loud music and people speaking even though I had ear plugs
