I was disappointed in the room aesthetics, mold in bathroom shower, dirty tub and fridge

− mold in bathroom, washer and dryer didnt work, no extra towels no number to contact host. couch was small and dingy didnt look like picture, unit was dirty, bathroom was dirty, refrigerator was dirty but being charged a cleaning fee when we had to clean it ourselves. bought cleaning stuff for unit and left it there.

− Only 1 key provided , EXTREMELY hard time leaving appartment , EXTREMELY hard time working elevators, EXTREMELY hard time parking in parking garage due to medians around the curbs.
