Bra läge men dåligt städat

Läget på lägenheter var jättebra. När stranden och nära till mataffären. Mycket butiker och restauranger med gångavstånd. Takterrassen som finns tillhörande till lägenheten var jättebra, stor yta samt med utsikt över stranden.

− När vi anlände till boendet möttes vi av en lägenhet som inte alls var i det skick vi hade förväntat oss. Golvet var fullt av sand och disken stod smutsig i köket. Dessutom saknades flera grundläggande saker, som till exempel vinglas. Vi fick själva köpa vinglas för att kunna använda under vistelsen, och lämnade dem kvar vid avresan. Personalen försäkrade oss om att städning skulle genomföras, och vi följde instruktionen att lägga nyckeln i nyckelboxen varje dag. Detta gjorde vi i fyra dagar i rad, men trots det kom ingen och utförde städningen. Det hela kändes både frustrerande och respektlöst mot oss som gäster. Det står i annonsen att det finns grillmöjlighet, vilket man kan tro ska vara på terrassen. Men det fanns inget..
