Great location and easy access to everything in Millport
9.0The situarion of the property to the beach, we had a toddler in our party it was ideal, the walk to the beach and relatives also dotted around, no transport needed.
− Not what i didnt like but i would put the table in the kitchen, easier for eating and cooking and put a smaller sofa in the the place of the table in the living room to have more seating. Kitchen is well furnished with everything you need, perfect for us.
Lovely little weekend we will definitely be back !
9.0Stunning location, the house was clean and had all the basics available. Sharon was lovely and phoned before hand to confirm and go over a few details and was on call in case of any emergencies.
− Nothing major but the heater in the front hall gave off a smell like it was burning when it came on. Box heaters in general aren’t the best but considering the rooms were very cosy.

8.0Location was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. The main bedroom was good but see comments on 2nd room. Sitting room was spacious and comfortable.
− Overall the property was good value for money, however, the second bedroom was in need of decoration as the ceiling was noticeably marked. The kitchen units could do with an upgrade and the bathroom needs attention.

10.0The views from the 2 window chairs at No. 4 were just amazing - looking out over the bay is so peaceful - good for the soul. The property is lovely - very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great shower room and large kitchen. The property was spotless and Sharon was very friendly and helpful to us on what was a busy weekend both for herself and the beautiful Isle of Cumbrae. Would highly recommend this property.

Brilliant bayside retreat
9.0Great location with uninterrupted views across the bay and beyond. Cosy and well equipped. Quick and easy access to the beach. Very peaceful (I stayed just before the season really started). Very good value for money and I think the owner should up this to allow for bed linens just to save guests having to bring them without thinking about it.
− There was very little way to control the heating as there is only one dial remaining on each storage heater. It meant the heating was pretty hot most of the time which is obviously much better than it being cold but I prefer a cooler bedroom.

10.0Position comfortable clean good beds and very good value
− Wee bit chilly at night in lounge ...radiator not working and fire did not give out heat....warm in other areas though.
