Schmutzig und wenig kulantes Personal
3.0Schönes Haus in schöner Lage.
− Es war dreckig. Es war nicht nur etwas schmutzig. Wir mussten bei Anreise alles Reinigen und Staubsaugen. Es waren wirklich überall Tierhaare, im Bett hatt die Matratze extrem nach nassem Hund gerochen und in und unter der Toilette mussten wir Spritzer und Wasser wegmachen. Wir wollten einer Erstattung unserer bezahlten Endreinigung da wir bei Anreise schon alles putzen mussten jedoch haben wir nur eine Teil der Reinigungskosten bekommen. Das ist nicht akzeptabel.
