7.0We were travelling for an event and we needed somewhere to stay of an evening. The house was very spacious, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were all clean. The area has plenty of shops around and it was in a convenient location for us. Self check in was convenient and the host communicated well.
− For the size of the house an additional toilet downstairs would be beneficial.

Dissatisfied and feel like we have been lied to.
4.0To be honest not a lot. It was very disappointing.
− We didn't like that the house was dirty and had cutlery missing. The floor in the lounge was loose and moving. Their were cigarette marks around the house and the bins were all over full. I've made a list.

8.0Situated near facilities as we attended a local family wedding at kelham hall .
− There was only one bathroom facility on the first floor. A downstairs toilet would have been useful as we had elderly people with us . It would be a good suggestion if you told us about this in the description as for some people that could be a huge issue with the steps. A bigger table in the kitchen as it wasn’t necessary to have a football table in the kitchen and in the lounge again not enough sofa space . Outside area looks if it could do with a clean up in certain areas ! Overall I would recommend this place but you definitely need to mention the unsuitable ability for the disabled !
