10.0Location next to Dune House and beach. Clean and comfortable accommodations with dog bed & barrier, extra blankets. Staff response to issue was good!
− A/C in one of the bedrooms stopped working one evening, and I called after 10p to report issue. Someone called back within 30 min and couldn’t find someone to come repair that night. However, next morning, office called again and sent someone to repair early afternoon. In the meantime, we turned on ceiling fan and kept door open to get some AC flowing in from rest of unit. I felt response was reasonable and timely.
Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
