Right place wrong time as a result of demolition work and no action by Booking.com

Everything except the demolition/ building work occurring within 10m

− I have lodged a complaint wrt building work, the agent has agreed to credit 25% as a result through booking.con- this has not yet been received and whilst I have forwarded all emails to Booking.com they have not yet actioned- this therefore ruined our holiday

The apartment is beautiful

− The WiFi played up at first and the remotes all needed new batteries we had to download TV remotes on our phones to use the TVs
