− Mini frigo in camera (poco funzionante). Check in troppo tardi e check out troppo presto. Prezzi troppo alti rispetto alla struttura e ad una suite. Presenza di scale non comodissime per salire alle camere. Assenza di climatizzatore e presenza di un ventilatore (per il costo della camera non può non esserci).

7.0Posizione centralissima e staff molto cordiale. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata e ci hanno cambiato prontamente la camera.
− Letto leggermente piccolo
Trop d'éléments peu sympathiques
6.0Bon emplacement en plein centre mais pas trop bruyant, confort raisonnable, prix vraiment bas.
− Pas de contact humain à l'entrée. On ne reçoit le code qu'à 16h le jour de l'arrivée (je rappelle au propriétaire qu'on ne trouve pas toujours une connection internet qui marche quand on en a besoin) ... sauf que mon collègue ne l'a pas reçu, a dû écrire et l'a eu à 19h ; il a quand même eu de la chance, car une question que j'ai posée à 19h30 n'a été lue que le lendemain matin. Et pas question de laisser des bagages avant ou après le séjour. Ladite question portait sur l'éclairage de la salle de bains; ce n'est expliqué nulle part mais, gadget high-tech idiot ou profonde méfiance envers le client, il ne fonctionne qu'avec un détecteur de mouvements, qu l'éteint quand on est sous la douche, et surtout le déclenche intempestivement (avec une aération qu'on entend même la porte ferméee) à des moments aléatoires pendant la nuit. Le lavabo misucule et l'absence de verre rendent difficile le lavage des dents.
