− La vétusté des équipements, particulièrement la salle de bain. La porte de douche ne fermait pas, le pommeau de douche ne tient pas dans le support, l’étanchéité du bac était insuffisante

A localização era ótima .

− Infelizmente , foi acordado que caso a casa não estivesse alugada , poderíamos fazer um late check out , no dia anterior falei com a proprietária ( Mónica) onde reforcei o assunto e tudo parecia ok . No dia seguinte fomos literalmente despejados as 11h da manhã por um rapaz muito rude , ligou a Mónica onde ela diz que “não falou comigo “ ( o que mais tarde foi confirmado que “foi um mal entendido” porque supostamente não tinha percebido o que eu disse (o que não faz sentido )) Acabamos por ficar sem onde ficar e tivemos que alugar um carro só para guardar as malas . Não recomendo lidar com este tipo de pessoas . Fazem-se de amigos até o dinheiro estar no lado deles e depois mudam completamente .
