Very pleasant location opposite a park.

− The unexpected trip hazard when entering the downstairs shower room and the extra steps from the double bedrooms to the upstairs bathroom. Using the upstairs shower over the bath also tricky. All of these factors show that the property, albeit lovely in so many ways in not suitable for people with disabilities. Lack of tumble dryer for families.
