Safe, comfortable and feels like home

− The in and out process at the gate! I believe when you rent a facility you should have access to a card to get it and out at your convenience. There were days when I sit for long periods at the gate waiting for others in front of me to get in. That’s inconvenient and I believe they need to work on that part.
