Overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to issues with cleanliness, comfort, and facilities.

− I checked in last night and had a very unpleasant experience. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, like saliva. The mattress was sunken and uncomfortable. The toilet had very slow water drainage. The Cuckoo water dispenser was not functioning. What is confusing is that there is a notice downstairs stating “No Airbnb / No Homestay”, yet this unit is still being operated as a homestay. In addition, the front of the house looks like an office rather than a proper residential unit. Overall, this stay did not meet basic comfort and hygiene standards, and I am very disappointed.

− First it was advertised as 2 bedrooms. When I went in, it was 1 bedroom with another bed frame outside place at living area. How it's considered 2 bedrooms?! Plug points are not convenient. Place far and to the bed. No water in the facility at all. When I adressed the issue, the person said it will be okay after the toilet tank is full. It wasn't functioning at all. No water. He also said the pressure is centralised. I think this is not my problem and he cheated my money. The surrounding house is not cozy. Very irresponsible way to run the business.

Location is very convenient and easy to check in from the video reference. Able to walk all the way to sunway pyramid and sunway medical center using the canopy walk as well. There’s lots of restaurants in the same building so finding food for my parents is easy and has variety of cuisine.

− Stayed there for 2 days but there’s renovation until 12AM for the first night. My parents wasn’t able to rest and they have doctor appointment the next day at sunway medical centre. Texted the host and confirmed that they have permit for it so we couldn’t say much but wait till they finish and fell asleep. Such a coincidence that they have renovations when we’re there😓

− The booking state 2 bedrooms but it was actually only 1 bedroom. One bedroom with 2 queen bed. And there was another queen bed in the living room itself.
