− The whole property in in dyer need of repairs. The whole building smells really bad. The deck was rotten and the short rental license was expired.

The place was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room with cozy fireplace & kitchen. The views are lovely. We also liked that it was on the first floor of the parking lot. For our particular trip it was perfect as all we really needed was a comfortable spot to stop as we were trying to get from point A to point B. I picked Steamboat Springs hoping to see a little bit of it but the weather was awful the night we got there. Drew was very accommodating & offered to give me a refund when I realized the washer/dryer wasn’t in the unit. As most condos like this in the region W/D are on premises but not in unit. We used coin operated machines down an elevator. This would be a perfect place to ski. Since it was off season, we got a pretty good rate & again it was a perfect spot for my 20 year old college student & me (his mother).

− As stated above, if you want a unit with the washer/dryer in the unit, this isn’t it but upon research on many other condos, the washer & dryer is usually located on the premises just not inside the unit. It worked out as we only needed to do 1 load and scrounged up quarters at 1 of the businesses open down the hill. I realize we were there off season so not many places open nearby (walking distance) but a lovely wine store down the road was as well as a delightful Thai restaurant. We brought wine & food back to the condo and it was so nice. Downtown Steamboat Springs is a short drive so I was a little disappointed that wasn’t closer but we drove there & enjoyed it the next morning before driving all the way to Amarillo. Building itself is old but again the condo itself is wonderful & modernized. We had trouble getting key out at first but that was mostly operator error. Overall, a great stay. I was exhausted from bad weather & a long drive from Yellowstone. Thanks to Drew for being a great host!

Extremely comfortable, practical and convenient! Upgraded unit well stocked with high quality kitchenware, lots of family games, stream shows on both TVs, free parking same floor as unit and access to ski locker. Comfortable bedding and clean unit throughout. Last but not least helpful and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our time at Steamboat and this unit was a big part of that - thank you Drew!
