7.0Nice neighborhood with lots of pre-war buildings. Our room had everything we needed, and it was clean.
− We couldn't make the water warmer in the bathroom.
所有住戶出入必經一條樓梯，但有點窄，對於行李箱較大的人不太合適，而且3樓至4樓的樓梯更是室外，下雨時會濕掉，容易有意外（儘管我沒有遇上）。然而，作為獨旅，它是非常方便，只是價錢中等偏上，房間沒有很大。

− Room a bit cold temperature. Window is not transparent so you do not have views or 100% light.
