Lovely but let down by letting agents

Clean tidy place in a great location. I have stayed a few times and it’s always very nice once there. However the letting agent host&stay have been an issue on every visit. It’s the only thing that lets the stay down.

− Host & Stay….the letting agent is terrible for communication. In the past getting the details has been a chore but this time I did not receive the access information until 19:00. Check in is from 16:00…. And that was only because I was actively chasing the lockbox code. I’ve had the same issue every stay. They are very quick to send their advertising but don’t give you the info you need and want you to sign up to their own website. I have had to phone or message every visit here. Honestly it has tainted the whole stay and I’m debating whether to book again because of the continual issues. It is a real shame as it’s a lovely location and setup.

For an 80 year old recent widower with predictable health issues I found it perfect for a break by

Spotlessly clean. Supplied with all you could possibly need and a little bit more. Full of safety fe atures. Pleasant site. Well isolated but within 50 yards of the nearest beach and pub with food

− Little to improve. Host and Stay could provide precise location details a little earlier than a day before arrival date but when contacted we’re very pleasant and helpful.

Cute hut

− On the evening of our stay electric tripped and nothing showed in the fuse box inside the cabin so couldn’t use anything pitch black no showers sockets etc We did manage to trace the problem the next morning when it was light back to a main fuse box on outer building but too late to use facilities before check out lucky we got it working for the next guests Reported the problem and took them 2 weeks to offer a 20% discount on next stay
