A nice place to stay in downtown Champain.
8.0The location was very good, close to a lot of downtown places. Parking was good and included.
− Had an issue with the A/C unit drip pan overflowing through the bathroom ceiling and onto the floor. Maintenance had to come at 10:30 PM to fix the issue only to have it reappear the following morning. It did get fixed but was a little inconvenient.

Charming room facing noisy street
8.0I stayed in room 506. It was exactly as pictured, clean, and you could tell that someone put a lot of thought into the interior design. Accessing The Inman with number codes for the front and room door was very easy. Location was good with multiple restaurants in proximity. Communication with Royse + Brinkmeyer via messages and on the phone was uncomplicated, quick and efficient.
− The room was facing towards University Ave, a busy street, and the continuous street noise prevented me from resting well. Regardless, I would recommend the property to people with a higher noise tolerance.
