Horrible at first but got better when we got into the property.

the decoration was spot on.

We had to book into a hotel the first night because she never contacted me to give me the door codes. We had to book into a a hotel for a minimum of 2 nights that cost me £300-£150 a night. She texted me on Saturday afternoon and tried to blame me for being out of contact when she was on her Honeymoon in The Maldives ! This according to her nieghbour has heppened to others who have rented of her.I want £150 back for the Friday night we stayed in the hotel and the £300 it cost me to rent a room in The Queens Hotel Penzance.

Warm and comfortable in newly appointed delightful terraced house in easy walking distance of shops . Caution re parking

Recently renovated to high spec. Heating and underfloor heating v welcoming

Cannot drive down road to drop off stuff. Suggest foldable luggage trolley for food and dogs box would be most helpful in getting stuff to and from parked car. Info book on cooker controls, how to find terrestrial tv etc would also help.

Good

Stylish and modern in a great location.

No microwave, no washing machine, no instruction on how to operate the oven or light the woodburner. Issues with heating on arrival.. freezing cold and I had to reset the gas meter and boiler to activate the heating.. which took a few hours

Lovely property but guests suggestions past and present need to be acted on

Was lovely and clean, had a lovely atmosphere when inside the property the garden is very nicely done aswell

we weren’t informed of problems with the property (only minor things and parking warning) till the day of our visit where mentioning during our conversation initially would have been nicer than starting the trip with bad news. There is no signal in the area at all so getting the passcode of the door is impossible and we had to knock on multiple doors to try access their WiFi to get the code ( again being warned before hand would be good so the guests know to take note of the code ). The area is slightly rough aswell with drug dealers going past constantly and late one night a guy walking around outside screaming down the phone about bashing someone’s head in🤦🏻‍♂️ the last thing which wasn’t great as we had a 1 year old with us is there is nothing to clean messes with eg. A hoover or dustpan and brush (I messaged to ask if there is anything in the house like that to tidy with and never got a reply). Could also do with more cutlery as there were only 3 forks

Really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Property clean, well equipped and would certainly book again.

Ideally located property which is very comfortable and fitted out really well. Beautiful bathroom with amazing bath and lovely walk in shower. A lovely quirky cottage with period features and modern amenities.

Parking is tricky if as we did you arrive in the dark and in the pouring rain!!!!! However, the parking in the adjacent street is actually very easy and the cut through the allotments comes out right outside your front door so is only a 50 yard walk. Anyone travelling by train this couldn't be an easier location.
