− Did not look like a good place to stay. We kept driving and forfeited the money

location is all I liked, But didn't stay.

− No one there at the front desk to check me in when I arrived. Lobby was dirty and not appealing to guest.

− I booked the room for a friend. They told our friend the next morning that she had to leave, because they do not accept third party bookings. She called me, then I called the management. The management told me they did not accept third party bookings. I asked if she did anything wrong. The management would only repeat that they do not accept third party bookings. I called booking.com, and asked for a refund for 7 of the 8 days we had paid for. Booking.com said they would have to get approval from the management. Apparently the management denied my claim for I have received no refund.
