The property managers were great !!!- trouble with alarm and no fans in room - sorted quickly. Thank you.

− Given the high tariff, the owners need to invest in air conditioning in summer. We asked for fans and were provided with them immediately but their should be fans or heat pump in the bedrooms. The louver windows in the bedroom had no screens on them so couldn't be left open at night. The first night my daughter took the risk and mosquitos had a field day with her!.

Location excellent - gives easy access to beach. Well planned bach. Lots of utensils and cooking bits and pieces. Loved the large deck area. Felt very private - no-one looking in. Wifi had excellent reception.

− Felt a little uncomfortable not having blinds for windows on garden side. The seating / sofas were uncomfortable.

Perfect accommodation close to everything you need for a great Waiheke trip - would stay again in a heart beat!

Beautiful accommodation, very clean, easy walk to beach and restaurants- perfect for family vacation as close to things and great deck areas and view to bush, little patch of grass the kids could play on, private 4 square supermarket, petrol and liquor store just up the road and a playground

− Very hot at night as aircon/heat pump is in the lounge which doesn’t reach to bedrooms unfortunately, need bedroom fans Water pump turns on every time water is used which is located under one of the bedrooms, very loud, and is activated in the night when the fridge makes more ice on its own accord Just things to note but would definitely stay again and didn’t ruin our stay by any means
