the house was lovely, so spacious for our group.

− Having a small amount of provisions like milk, butter, bread in the house would have been such a nice touch for what is a very nice property.

Spacious and well appointed

− No key etc for pool gym tennis etc in top draw as noted in welcome pack and property instructions. So facilities were not used.

Really nice house. Very warm and comfortable. Good location and close by to Millbrook.

− We had 8 guest who were staying who each needed there own bed. It was a bit unclear on booking.com that if you needed access to all 5 bedrooms that there would be another fee. This is much clearer on AirBNB, however this comment is a bit hidden, which I think needs to change!

Spacious, well presented.

− It had a very strong smell of spices that were current throughout our stay, not too much of an issue as we got used to the smell. We also had a gardener walk past the window in the garden whilst I was sitting there in a towel, I understand that gardeners and maintenance staff may enter the property but a little message would have been appreciated. We noticed the bins had also been popped on the road whilst we were out for dinner one night. Again, no issue but a simple message to keep us in the loop would have been great.
