Very basic poor quality furnishings & needs a refurb

The communication, the choice of bed configuration, the bath as well as shower. The kitchen.

− The poor quality & state of the furniture, curtains, carpet & bed linen. The damp smelling en-suite, the broken towel rail & robe hook in the en-suite.
