3.0Location was good. Near mall and restaurants across the road. Room was a good size.
− Hotel smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. No one spoke English. We booked a room with 2 fulls sized beds, and the room only has one full bed and one single. The aircon didn't work. Windows wouldn't stay open. Bed linen was old and scratchy. The Tv remote was faulty. Made complaints and emailed the hotel, but nothing was done.

− Heating would not turn off so room was roasting. Staff didn't know how to turn heating off either. It made the stay very unpleasant.

10.0Good breakfast, helpful staff - i had an operation and they brought me food to my room and organised taxis. Good for business trips but for holidays it’s far out from landmarks. Nonetheless lots of good restaurants around that are a lot cheaper than in usual tourist hot spots.
