− Uncomfy bed but I am quite spoilt in this regard 😁 I had an impression that this is the whole flat to rent but it's actually a room in a flat, but maybe I read something wrong in the description.
En résumé, une guest house bien équipée mais dont le confort (bruit, literie) et le rapport qualité-
7.0Points positifs : le logement est très spacieux et les équipements sont de qualité. La cuisine est parfaitement entretenue, moderne et très fonctionnelle. Le Wi-Fi est excellent, très rapide, et la machine à laver gratuite est un vrai avantage. Les prises avec ports USB et USB-C sont aussi très pratiques. L’établissement dispose d’un ascenseur et les espaces communs sont bien tenus. L’emplacement reste correct, à proximité de la place du village avec ses restaurants, bars et petites supérettes.
− Cependant, plusieurs points négatifs viennent clairement impacter le séjour. Tout d’abord, le logement est très difficile à trouver, avec une signalisation extérieure quasi inexistante. Bien que la chambre soit propre, les draps avaient une odeur de lessive très forte et désagréable. Le plus gros problème reste le bruit : des chiens ont aboyé jusqu’à environ 2h du matin, puis le dimanche dès 7h50, des bruits très forts (travaux ou voisinage) ont été extrêmement dérangeants. L’isolation sonore est clairement insuffisante. Le lit est également un point faible : trop petit pour deux adultes (140 cm) et peu confortable, ce qui n’aide pas à récupérer dans un environnement déjà bruyant. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est décevant : 72€ la nuit pour cette prestation en début mai me semble élevé, surtout quand on trouve à proximité des logements plus calmes et mieux équipés pour moins cher. Le stationnement est aussi compliqué dans la zone, même si cela reste un problème général à Malte.

9.0Un poco complicato da trovare. Appartamento grande e ben fornito, anche per cucinare in autonomia. Letti comodi e buona doccia. Proprietario molto gentile: ci ha inviato sollecitamente le cose che avevamo dimenticato in appartamento.
− Molta difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio. Meglio essere senza automobile. Forse sarebbe utile qualche mensola o gancio in bagno.
