The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! We greatly enjoyed evenings sitting on the balcony. A bakery is within walking distance and also very friendly. There is no dedicated parking, but there is plenty of parking in the area. It's a 15 minute walk to the S-Bahn station and 25 minute train ride into Munich.
