Great view, huge space, good for families!
9.0Huge and spacious! We had 8 adults and 2 children, more than enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. The pool was very nice and well maintained
− The walls are quite thin as I can hear the sound of cars in the night

7.0Nice view cos of high floor. Safe compound and parking, clean comfortable beddings
− 1) There were about 4 or 5 rooms but only provided 2 working aircon remote that had to be shared. 2) The apartment didn't feel clean, floor not clean as soles of our feet turned slightly black after 10-15 mins after entering. 3) curtains and aircon were extremely dusty felt like it has never been clean for long time. 2 adults and 2 kids ended up with running nose due to allergies from the dust within 2 hours of checking in. Blocked nose continued for 3 days of our stay. 4) shower drainage has not been cleaned for long time. I had to remove drainage and clean filter myself as it started to flood after 5 mins in shower. Refer to photos As it is, this property should rate abt 7.8 out of 10.
Absolutely loved our stay
10.0The apartment is very spacious for my family of 6 adults and 3 teenagers. The main bedroom is gorgeous with the full corner windows and wonderful view of Kota Iskandar. We were wary with the steep price, but it was worth every penny as this was a highlight of our trip - we still talk about this place months after trip.
− We were only given 1 access card which had to be used for EVERY DOOR/FLOOR. The whole group had to travel together each time or we needed to coordinate who gets to go out vs go to the gym and at what times. If there was at least 2, this will be more convenient.
