Die Wohnung ist schön und auch schön gelegen. Cuxland eher ein unpersönlicher Vermieter. Der Preis ist hoch.

Eine sehr gut eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Die Lage ist nahe am Strand und zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit.

− Die Reinigungsgebühr mit 139,-€ ist sehr hoch angesetzt. Auch das Wäschepacket ist teuer. Am Abreisetag muss bis 10:00 Uhr geräumt sein, sonst werden extra Gebühren berechnet. Bei der Anreise war es für mich unklar ob ein Mitarbeiter von Cuxland anwesend ist. Ich hatte eine Frage wegen der Wohnungs Schlüssel. Die Hotline Mitarbeiterin hätte uns an eine Adresse in einem falschen Cuxlandpark geschickt. Das wäre mit dem Fahrrad unmöglich gewesen. Zum Glück konnten uns Nachbarn helfen.
