The room was comfortable enough and is alright

− When we arrived, we followed the instructions sent and went into the lift only to discover the lift requires room card to be accessed when the room card is placed in a key box outside the room. We called the person we're liaising with and instead of immediately apologising and sending someone to help settle the situation, we were told to use the bomba lift which was filled with trash from housekeeping for some reason despite already telling him that it was filled with trash which he claimed foes not require a room card to access. We went in and discover the bomba lift was shut down already because of the trash and could not be accessed too. Instead of finally immediately sending someone over to help, he asks for proof that the lift could not be access and claims that other guests were able to use it earlier that day. After sending him the video of the lift being shut downed only did he sent someone over to deliver our keys. At no point did he decide to give a sincere apology for the issue and his attitude throughout was more accusatory and less apologetic or polite. The room was alright but the hot water in the room was also not hot enough.

💥필리피노마켓, 중앙시장, KK마트는 바로 앞, 가야스트리트는 도보 5분컷, 북쪽 바다뷰(대신 황금빛 일몰은 못봄..), 실링팬, 에어컨, 삼성대형TV(넷플릭스), 전자레인지, LG세탁,건조기(세제 있음), LG냉장고, 테팔스팀 스탠드다리미, 린나이 후드, 조벤조리수(필터가 제대로 교체되는지는 모름)등 전자제품들이 훌륭함..방도 호텔 형태, 사진과 똑같았음.. 복도 지나가다 다른 호실 문열려 있을때 봤는데 우리방 가전제품이 최고였음.(특히 TV) 자정비행기라 일부러 1박 추가 예약했는데 잘한듯..실컷 쉬다 빨래도 하고 좋았음.. 호스트 소통 잘 안되는거 빼면 아주 만족스러웠던 숙박이었음.. 💯엘레베이터: 6월 비수기엔 아무런 문제 없이 엄청 빨리 옴..후기보구선 엄청 걱정해서 엄마 다리 아플까봐 등산용 접이의자 챙겨갔음.😅 수영장은 서향이라 오전엔 물이 좀 차게 느껴짐..물색이 타일색 때문인지 맑은색은 아니고 약간 초록빛이 남..앞후기에 엄청 더럽다고 해서 걱정했는데 그정도는 아니었음..그래도 옆 호텔 수영장이 부럽긴 함(거긴 물이 맑음)

− 😡체크인후 잠겨있던 수도밸브를 여니 비데호스에서 물이 계속 새어나와 욕실바닥이 흥건해짐. 담당자에게 왓챕으로 메세지와 사진 보냈는데 읽씹함ㅜㅜ궁여지책으로 비데호스를 샤워부스쪽으로 빼놓으니 욕실바닥에 물이 안생김.. (소통도 안할꺼면 왓챕 뭐하러 저장하라고 함?)그래서 1점 깎음😡 -샤워부스에 샤워커튼이 필수인듯..욕실이 작은편이라 샤워시 세면대 아래로 물이 다 튀어서 미끄러움.. 샤워부스 줄눈에 물때 많이 껴있음(내가 청소상태, 곰팡이에 예민한편) -베란다에 빨래건조대 하나 있음 좋을듯..(건조기 사용시간을 단축할수 있음) -돌돌이나 밀대..또는 무선청소기라도 있었으면 완벽했을듯..4박동안 머리카락 어케 하라고ㅜㅜ,

The room was clean and everything as shown in the photos.

− We had no wifi for our period of stay. The smell in the room was horrendous, not the fault of the owner but it came through the sink holes in the room, on the second night I had to try and plug all the holes in the room. Using the lift to get to the 17th floor is a mess, we had 15 to 20 min waiting times for the lift, no jokes. The pool water was dirty with hair and a bunch of stuff floating around, my kids will swim anywhere but even they said no thanks. There is parking at the hotel, but it's not free, you have to pay.
