可買早餐或食品回住處吃，住宅環境很舒服，家居用品很足夠，感覺很好。

− 花灑浴水壓較弱，能改善更好。而牆身部分瓷磚片有離口，可能會脫離的機會，產生危險。而停車場入口地面較凹凸，有擦車疧的情況出現。
