9.0Logement très bien situé et bien exposé, belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer très agréable, présence du lave vaisselle et de la machine à laver vraiment appréciable
− Les fourmis sont à l affût en présence de miettes laissées ; quelques petites bebettes de la nature, il suffit juste de fermer les fenêtres, elles sont chez elle.
