9.0Great location, right by Brighton street. A nice easy walk to the beach, only 20mins or so. The house is a good size, typical terrace in that area. Well furnished and clean.
− 2 bathrooms, but 1 is an en suite. Was fine for us but maybe not ideal for all. There was a terrace, but not really big enough to sit out in but the beach is an easy walk. No parking.
