9.0Unit was clean, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and staff very friendly. Estate is very well maintained.
− Parking areas is quiet dark, suggestion to improve on lighting. Grass to long on the whale viewing deck.
Safe and peaceful
7.0Santorini is beautiful,clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was clean and most enjoyable. Good security. Plenty parking. Direct access to hole in the wall. Perfect location.
− The unit itself was dirty. Stained bedding, dirty walls, shower needs a good scrub. Sofas need a deep clean. It was a bit of a let down for the price paid just one for night. They do provide basics like towels, handsoap and a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. There was enough hot water for the whole family to shower. Just that the shower floor is slippery. The flat is very close to the pool, has a partial seaview and is closer to the beach than other units. We did enjoy relaxing outside at night. With a little bit of a much needed upgrade, it would be perfect.

7.01. There was beach umbrellas and a spade and bucket for the kids 2. The location of the unit is amazing
− 1. There was no wifi and we only knew about this after staying after day 1 when I requested for a technician to be sent to check why the wifi is not working 2. The towels was used from Friday till Monday . Requested a set of towels to be changed and the helper said there is no bathing towels . 3. There was inadequate beach towels and I had to request for additional beach towels 4. The kitchen does not have plastic dishes or a strainer or a frying pan 5. The aircon is centralised and doesn't give adequate air so a fan should have ben provided for the rooms as the aircon is only for the lounge
