− Needed more blackout curtains - blinds let in too much light Bathroom door hinge broken - tho this was fixed Thankyou Sofa bed didn’t seem to stay together Directions for parking - says please don’t park in residents parking but there are residents parking was not clearly signed and we were told if we parked in it we would get a £75 fine

Great, clean house in a good location with a few minor issues for larger groups

It’s a beautiful house, well kept, clean and in a great location. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and the beds were relatively comfortable. The shower and bathtub are great! Checking in and out was very easy as well.

− It’s not quite for 8 people. Although there are enough beds, there aren’t enough dining chairs or mugs, or big cooking pans, and only one bathroom. Our biggest complaint is that there was also only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper provided, which is ridiculous for 8 people. This is a small thing but really lets the customer care down. Toilet paper doesn’t cost a lot to provide a few more rolls, which would have been suitable for a group of 8. Or at least they should give guests a heads up that it isn’t provided, which would have been better than realising there was no more in the middle of the night! The property would also be better if there was an additional toilet (we think where the washing machine is kept would work well for a small second toilet).

Tasteful decor, good location for car park (GoRingo) Nice enclosed garden. Good kitchen with equipment.

− Heating and water not working on arrival. Sorted by staff within a few hours. Front bedrooms noisy as right next to railway. Pillows need replacing as lumpy. Mattress on bed downstairs very uncomfortable, other bed ok. Tin opener broken. Cleaners should check shelves in kitchen and be more thorough Only one toilet, could be an issue if house full to capacity.

A wonderful home away from home.

Lovely property, clean and very welcoming, everything you would want for a week or 2 away from home. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Will definitely stay there again if possible.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
