7.0Very well located, near the train station, clean, good for singles and families of 4 people! Quiet location! The bathroom is small but the value for money is very good! The description of how to get to the place is excellent, there were no mistakes! There is a parking lot 5 minutes walk away, very close and cheap! It was worth it!! Thank you very much for the stay!
− The bathroom doesn't have a heated toilet seat, and it could use a plastic curtain to prevent everything from getting too wet! But nothing else spoiled our stay!

8.0The location is convenient and close to a train line that takes you to all the major locations on the west side of the imperial castle. Including shibuya and Shinjuku. There is also a very lovely street nearby that has amazing local restaurants and convenience stores. Easy to find, good map provided by residence and easy to get in. Was a well decorated, clean and tidy flat with all working equipment. The bed was comfy and after our busy days we slept very well. Thankyou!
− No shower curtain in the bathroom meant that water got everywhere within the bath area. Looks like it might have been removed by previous resident.
