8.0The location was close to the railway station and a short walk from the sea front. Good for exploring the area north of Liverpool. The property was spacious and equipped with the essentials for a week long stay.
− The wi-fi was very basic. Connection speeds were very slow which meant the the tv feed was not very good either. Cooking utensils were basic.
Large, functional & great location!
8.0Great location. Easy parking outside property (cost £8/24 hours). Excellent location. Large rooms. Nice outdoor area. Secure and quiet.
− No curtains or blinds! So, woken up early. Living room layout could be better for relaxing. Some areas could have been cleaner e.g. under sofa cushions and beds, some linen had bleach stains and there were crumbs in quite a few places including in one of the beds. Doors were quite tricky. First one difficult to open and internal doors had very small numbers, hard for some families members to see.

− We were unable to connect to the WiFi and as a result the TV. Codes were available but either hadn’t been updated or clearer instructions were needed.

10.0Great location, parking was easy, very spacious, clean and tidy lovely out door area.. Very secure, easy to find. We would definitely recommend it, and we are definitely going back.
