3.0− I would like to file a complaint regarding my stay at the unit I booked through Booking.com last week. Upon arrival at the property, I received instructions from the host to collect the key from the mailbox. However, when I went to the mailbox, the key was not there. I tried contacting three different hosts to resolve the issue, and after more than 2 hours, I was informed that the unit was still not ready for check-in and was still being cleaned. According to the check-in instructions, the unit should have been ready by 3:00 PM, but even at 5:00 PM, it was still being cleaned. I was only able to enter the unit around 5:30 PM. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration, and I am disappointed with the lack of proper coordination and support.
